Applicable scope:Enzymes for pig growers and finishers
Effect:Pokazyme® PK218 is a complex enzyme designed according to the digestive tract physiology of pigs and dietary ingredients of grower and finishers.. This product is characterized by its high efficiency of NSPs degradation and nutrient digestibility improvement of feedstuffs. It is an ideal product for pigs above 20kg fed with maize, broken rice, wheat and their by-products. All enzymes used in the complex are thermostable during conditioning and pelleting, and have a strong synergetic action to degrade NSPs and digest dietary proteins.
Application:
Suitable for corn-soybean or corn-rice bran-soybean or corn-wheat shorts-soybean based diets for pig growers and finishers above 20kg body weight .
Product specification:
Xylanase ≥32000U/g, β-glucanase≥ 1000U/g, β-mannanase≥2000U/g, protease≥2500U/g, cellulase≥1000U/g and amylase≥150U/g.
Recommended inclusion level in feed:
100-200g per tonne (0.01-0.02%) of compound feed.
Product functions:
* Increase nutrient digestibility by degrading the structural component of the cell wall;
* Enhance feed efficiency by 3-10% through improvement of nutrient availability;
* Improve the growth rate by 5-15%;
* Release 70-100Mcal DE /kg diet and other nutrient (with inclusion of 200g per tonne), save feed cost by up to 10 USD/tonne of feed;
* Improve gut health and decrease faeces viscosity.
Recommended nutrient released effect in feed:
According to the our research data and practical application results, we recommend that this product could release nutrients as: digestible energy (DE) 350Mcal/kg and crude protein (CP) 1500% per kilogram enzyme.
Stability and storage:
* 12 months when stored in original package at <25℃ in dry conditions;
* 6 months when included in a vitamin/mineral premix and stored at <25℃ in dry conditions;
* To maximize the bio-efficacy, do not exceed temperature 85℃during conditioning and pelleting.
Packaging:
20kg paper bags or carton.
